Afraa Mustafa holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health, Certificate in Food Security and is a Registered Dietitian. Throughout her career, Afraa has ventured into non-traditional dietetic roles with the goal of addressing challenges within both local communities and the broader global food system. Previously, she worked as a Project Officer with an international non-profit organization, where she played a pivotal role in streamlining processes and operations. Based in Toronto, she enjoys immersing herself in diverse cultures and cuisines during her free time.
